These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Forged Body Fitness & Nutrition website and services. By accessing or using our site and placing orders, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You may use our site and services only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your area). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
2. Orders & Payment
You place orders through our online system.
Payment must be completed at checkout; we accept the payment methods we list on the site.
Prices shown are in USD (or your local currency) and do not include additional fees unless stated.
Once payment is successful, your order is confirmed, and we begin preparing your meals.
3. Delivery & Pickup
We deliver to the areas we list on the website (Metro Detroit: Clarkston, Southfield, Novi, Ferndale, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester, Davisburg, Oxford, Farmington).
Delivery times are estimates — external factors (traffic, weather) may cause delays.
If you are not home, you may leave a cooler out; we will use ice packs to preserve freshness.
It is your responsibility to provide correct delivery address and ensure someone is available (or cooler provided).
If delivery is missed because of wrong address or no coolers, we may not be liable.
4. Nutrition, Allergies & Customization
We gather information about your goals, dietary preferences, and macros.
We offer options (Paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan) and can customize menus accordingly.
However, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination — always inform us of severe allergies.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
You may cancel or modify your order before the cut-off time (we should define this time, e.g., 24 hours before delivery).
Once meals are in preparation or delivered, refunds may be partial or not possible.
In some cases, we may offer credits instead of cash refunds.
6. Subscription & Meal Plans
If you subscribe to recurring meal plans, you commit to that schedule until canceled.
You may pause or stop the subscription following our policy (e.g. prior notice).
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by us and protected by law.
You may not reuse, reproduce, or republish without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or meal services.
We don’t guarantee perfection; if you’re dissatisfied, contact us and we’ll try to resolve it.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or cancel your access or orders if you violate terms.
You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version and update the effective date.
